USP is a stablecoin backed by delta neutral yield strategies and the users can mint USP with USD Stablecoins. The goal is to diversify USP's backing with assets like arbitrage strategies, carry trades, on-chain DeFi yield and real-world assets (RWAs). This diversification is aimed at optimizing USP's yield on a changing macro environment.
Redemption Details
The redemption process for USP tokens involves a digital queue that ensures fairness and security, distinct from the instant minting process. Each redemption request is placed in a queue within the smart contract on a "first come, first served" basis. The redemption contract holds a sufficient USD stable balance to immediately satisfy redemption requests. If the USP redeemed is a larger amount, part of the backing assets will be liquidated to complete the redemption request. Redemptions are processed within 48 hours.

Custody & Security
All operational flows pass through Fireblocks, where MPC-based key management, automated policy controls, whitelisting, and multi-approver rules minimize risk.
